- When the content is all about the contractor, with no clear benefit to the reader.
- When he site navigation has no flow. Good navigation should move people along the "sales funnel," he says.
- When the "about us" pages are poorly written.
- When there are no client testimonials.
- When the design is bad: poor color choices, poor contrast, too-small typefaces.
